REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR CIQP PROCESS IN KUPANG/SAUMLAKI

Listed below are the list of documents that have to be prepared and have it ready before you see the CIQP official during your entry:

1. Certificate of Ownership or similar. 
2. C.A.I.T.
3. Passport
4. Embarkation paper (a small slip of paper that has to be filled in)
5. Crew list
6. Manifest
7. Last Port Clearance

     Have it six copies each ready.

     On top of that you need 2 passport photos (you'll need another two for your visa extension).

     Have your rubber stamp ready. Indonesian love rubber stamp.

You will be given these documents when you are done:

1. Your passport (stamped)\
2. Your stamped embarkation slip (make sure do not lose this small piece of paper)
3. Quarantine paper
4. P.I.B. (this is your boat Temporary Import Permit issued by Custom)
5. Port Clearance (make few copies of this). To be submitted only at the exit point.
