So, you just set your foot in Indonesian soil and
wondering what to do next before you get yourself a bottle of cold beer. Most likely you will be greeted and shown where to
go to do all your paperworks. Just about one hundred meters from where you land
(if it is same building this year). There will be marker. You will be guided
into this building where those officials (some in uniforms) are willing and
ready to assist you. Sometimes you have to wait, but based from last year, it
was rather brief.
Listed below are all papers you must to complete CIQP process.

Certificate of Ownership (or similar)
2.
C.A.I.T.
3.
Passports (make sure your embarkation slip is filled in)
4.
Crew List
5.
Last Port Clearance (from Darwin)
To be in safe side, make about ten copies each.
Do not forget your rubber stamp.
Once you are done, you will be given these papers:
1.
Passports (make sure it is stamped). Please keep it
together with embarkation slip
2.
Indonesian Port Clearance. Only submit the original at
the exit point
3.
Quarantine Papers (come in folder)
4.
P.I.B. This is your Temporary Import Permit. Submit it at
the exit point. Only at exit point.
