Government offices will be closed for several days and lot of Moslem owned shops also will be closed. But it won't affect CIQP process during your arrival.
IDUL FITRI
It is a major Holiday for Moslem, so things maybe a little quieter when you arrive in Kupang or Saumlaki. Although majority people in Timor are Christian, there are large Moslem community lives here. Traditionally lot of them would go back to wherever they came from to be with their relatives.
